This Platform (https://tantukriti.com) is owned and operated by Arshita, trading as TantuKriti, registered address: Prestige City, Sarjapur, Bengaluru ("we", "us", "our"). By using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Please provide accurate information when ordering - we don't warrant the completeness of content on this site, and use of the Platform is at your own discretion.
• All content on this Platform is proprietary to TantuKriti and may not be reused without permission.
• Placing an order creates a binding contract between you and TantuKriti.
• Please don't use this Platform for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Questions about these Terms can be sent using the contact details below.

We collect your name, contact details, delivery address and payment confirmation to process and deliver your orders, send updates, and respond to queries. We never sell your data, and only share it with courier partners for delivery or when required by law.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure in Mumbai, India. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data any time by writing to the Grievance Officer below.

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of order confirmation - just email us or send us a message on WhatsApp. After that window, your Rakhi is already in production and cancellation isn't possible.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at tantukriti.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/video. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days; approved replacements ship within 7 working days.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via registered domestic couriers. Delivery takes 3-5 days for metro cities, 5-7 days for tier-2/3 cities, and 7-10 days for remote areas - add 1-2 days during peak festive season. A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
